Firm Overview

A thousand clients have been served by Gibraltar Trusts in this
decade, helping each one of them create a legacy for their children
and heirs. Our personnel have served Clients since 1990 assisting
them with their estate planning. Due to Client satisfaction and
referrals, we grew over the years. In the year 2000, our firm
incorporated as Gibraltar Trusts, LLC.
Our clients have consistently been content with our services and in
2002 Gibraltar Trusts was recognized for its outstanding work. We
were selected as the only Estate Planner in the greater Tucson area
to be referred to all the new homeowners to the area by the welcome
greeter organization, Welcome.com. Clients in Tucson area are served
from Saddlebrooke to Oro Valley to Tucson to Green Valley and from
Marana to Vail.
Since the days of the Roman Empire, probate has been a costly and
drawn out court procedure for children and heirs when people pass
away. Your loved ones do not have to participate in this wicked
practice to fleece them of what is rightfully theirs. A Gibraltar
Trusts Estate Plan will see to that.
Like the good old days, to make it convenient for you, we make
‘house calls' and visit you to help you set up your Estate Plan or
Living Trust. Or, if you prefer the formality of an office setting,
you are welcome to meet with us at our office by the Tucson Mall on
Oracle Road.
If you've moved here from another state and brought your Will or
Trust with you, we can help you identify what has to be done to
Arizonaize your documents. The laws are different from one state to
another.
If you do not have a Will or a Trust, first your Estate will be
reviewed and analyzed, and then Gibraltar Trusts will advise you on
what works best for you and your family.
Even if you had a Trust or Will made in Arizona, there have been
recent statute changes that may change the effectiveness of your
documents. If you would like Gibraltar Trusts to review what you
have, we will let you know what needs to be included in your
documents or, if no changes are required, we will congratulate you
on your diligence.
Not all estates require a Living Trust to avoid Probate. A little
known Arizona law makes it possible for some families to avoid
Probate with just a Will and a Beneficiary Deed. To find out what
works best for your Estate, your situation will be reviewed and
analyzed by Gibraltar Trusts before a recommendation is made to you
as to what will work best for you.
There will be no charge for the initial consultation. Professional
services are provided to every client at a reasonable fee.
